Co-location houses your servers, firewalls, switches, storage, and VoIP in the Colchester data centre. Space is a quarter rack, a half rack, or a full rack. A dedicated full rack is available even when you have only a few servers, and it is charged as a full rack. The facility has backup power and A+B redundancy.
You can prepare equipment before it goes in the rack. If a courier delivers it, an engineer can install it on arrival and record the serial numbers. Remote hands are available and charged separately. By default you insure the equipment. Broadbent can quote to add it to their cover if you give the replacement value.
